For this session of sippers anonymous, I would like to say that I have been coffee free for 7 years. I'm glad I gave up the stuff and sleep better and no more headaches.

Now about my addiction to Fig Newtons, popcorn and peanuts, I munch that stuff all day with out thinking, now are those thing bad for you?

Gross man!!!!! Makes me think of that instant cheese that comes in powder form and you add hot water to. Oh,,, I used to have to mix that crap up when I worked for Six Flags and the smell is just nausiating now. You ought to see what it does when it gets old.

Hmmm, here is what I eat during the day. lol

Meal 1 8 egg whites and oats
Meal 2 Can of tuna and apple
Meal 3 Protein shake and 2 bananas
Meal 4 Chicken and brown rice
Meal 5 Turkey wrap
Meal 6 Natural peanut butter and skim milk

Since I can't get this stuff out of a snack machine, I haven't used one for almost 5 years.

Why all the protein shakes? You should be getting all the protein you need in about 7 meals. All that whey is going to waste. How much do you weigh?
