Default Riding Again Soon.

I just got home from seeing the Doctor about my knee (knee replacement). With the nice weather that we've been having I've been chompin at the bit to get out and ride. The Doc says, another month I should be good to go. Made my day.

Get the knee and the leg muscles re-hab going right and make sure it is healed right before jumping out there again. Once you are good to go then ride on brother!!!!!!

+1 @ stp1971. Count on some nicer weather too when you get back on the saddle.

+1. When I got my furnace replaced, the owner of the company and I started talking about riding. He went on to relate, in his younger days, after a MC accident that left him w/ a broken leg, he continued to ride w/ a cast on. More than once, stopped at a light, the bike started to lean towards the broken leg. Over he goes, bike on the ground, hobble on one foot, back on bike and carry on looking like a fool.

Don't rush it. Build your strength through progressive resistance training and take it slow. When your ready, have at 'er.

Hey we should be getting back in the saddle again at about the same time. Good luck and don't rush it.
