Same here in the Twin Cities. We have about 50 theaters, and it's only playing in one second rate theater. Small seats, with almost no arm rest, and every seat was full. I had to sit right up front. It was well worth it, like I said, a great movie. | |

| I've seen it. GOOD MOVIE. There is a bit of Hollywood shtick that makes it "based on a ture story", rather then a "re-enactment" of a true story, but I'd see it again. This is definately going in my DVD collection when it comes out. (For more info on the subject, look up the Southern California Timing Association, and the movie title as well.) Yeah, it's playing at the art theater here in Phoenix as well. I don't know why it wouldn't be playing the main theaters given who played the lead roll...

| Muscle Biker ![]() | According to the website (Google is your friend), Anthony Hopkins has the lead role. What they DON'T say is when it will be opening in Europe *grrr*

| It's about a loveable old coot from down-under that wants to take his old 45cc Indian Scout to the Boneville salt flats to try and break the land speed record for under 1000cc motors. It takes place in about 1967 when the record was about 200 mph. Anthony Hopkins does a great job playing the part of an old codger people just can't help but like. Quite different from Hannibal the cannibal Hector. |

| Kickstand Operator ![]() | I watched this movie on DVD yesterday. It's possibly one of the best movies I've seen this year. I would recommend it to anyone; you don't have to like motorcycles to like this movie. It's amazing to see the story of a dirt old guy take his 20+ year old 45cc Indian motorcycle, which he modified on his own in his garage - also his living space, all the way from New Zealand to Bonnevile, Utah and become a record-holder at his first try. I also like the way the old man calls his motorcycle "my motorcicle".
