name I came up with years ago (AOL) cause my unmodified name didn't work-have been able to use it almost everywhere for years.

ps I use a different password at every site.

I thought maybe it was Norbit, since you're in the north an all, but that maybe Norbit was taken so you came up with something funky but close.

My first name (Michael) abbreviated to Mike followed by my last name (Humphreys) abbreviated to Hump, and you get MikeHump.

Mines from having to ask for advice on a forum and as PINKY was always asking BRAIN what he was doing just seemed like a good idea at the time and the 44 just got put in as it seemed too short so you get Pinky44.

AmishCrackDealer...

I used to be a police detective sergeant and was always reading about arrests and unique hiding places for dope, etc..

I came across an article about a teenage drug slinger in an Amish community and how the local cops were able to bust him and all. I swear, like a flood of humor had me laughing almost immediately because all I could think was "how hard was it to spot the buggy with the 48" gold spinners"? and it just started making me laugh. The more I tried to explain why I was laughing, the harder I laughed and then it was a lost cause... My coworkers would then spend the next few weeks randomly walking up to me and simply saying "Amish Crack Dealer" which would me conjure up the image once again and start laughing again. (This behavior was very much out of character for me by the way).

So when I started riding with a group of guys from the area, one of them heard about the story and just started calling me "Amish" - so thats how I became the Amish Crack Dealer...

My name is because I'm a bass player and have a very old 1965 Hollowbody bass... the 49 was my age when I created this name. I use this name on many forums.

My nick came as a tease from my grandmother. I was a drummer in different bands. As teens drummers need their parents and grandparents to drive them with their equipment. To go "Jam." When she teased me calling Jammer...I was embarrassed until later someone thought Jammer meant Jam-Her. It just stuck then.
