Forget about all of those machines and all that crap. Put on your sneakers, the tracking field is just outside your doorstep. Didn't you know

I assume you aren't American Gixxerman, becuase here in America we are more into spending billions each year on excercise related peraphernalia then we are with acutally exercising. I have a Bowflex/Clotheshanger to prove it.

Well, thspandex aside, I've never been a gym person but have been running for over 25 years and logged almost 48,000 miles. My goal is to make the equilivalent of 4 laps around the world. I'll finish my second lap next year provided I don't get run over by a truck.

Even if he does take it slow and easy man. No use exacerbating the problem by trying to get back into it tooo fast.

Hell all this fitness talk had me dusting off the bowflex, and putting the clothes in the closet (i think that's what you call it) today. Had a nice workout today then went to a party and played volleyball. OYE am I gonna hurt tommorow.

No it's a too stiff to ride, but can't get out of cutting the grass hurt. Not as bad as when I was a kid. Back then tuesdays were HEAVY leg days. Squats, hacksquats and lunges, man after those days I could barely walk untill Fri. Now I'm just feeling my age, and outofshapedness. Plus the bum shoulder (old football injury) is screaming at me.

Sorry about the whiney act, but my G/F said she don't wanna hear it so I gotta moan somewhere right.?
