Is that not the same as a black and tan??? I have mixed that concoction several times before.

Probably will be downing several varieties of the above in October in Daytona Beach.

to treat myself this fourth of july weekend i bought two types of beer i'd never tried before.
shiner hefeweisen and red stripe.
i didn't get to try the red stripe yet, but it's thoroughly chilled so i'll have one tonight...

the hefeweisen was great though. i like even better than the kolsch.

something very mean i did to my 21 year old though, i had also gotten some sam adams cherry wheat. she absolutely hates beer and ales. so i told her she would really be able to taste the cherry in it. so she tried it. the face she made was almost as funny as the time i got her to try raw onion when she was a kid!

Taddy Porter

trois Pistoles (Canada, large bottle with a cork)

And anything free, except Schlitz Malt Liquor.

Hmmm...here's my top five:

1. Guinness Draught (best in a proper pint glass, but I like the bottles with the "Rocket Widget" too!)

2. Saranac Pale Ale

3. Bass Ale

4. Michelob Ultra Amber (but no bars have it in stock usually- it's quite good for a "light" beer!)

5. Michelob Ultra/Coors Light - gotta have a good 'lets drink a lot of 'em' kind of beer on the list

1. Corona w/lime (great summer drink on the boat)
2. Sam Adams Lite (tastes like reg. to me)
3. Troegs Nut Brown
4. Appalacian Brewing Co. Scottish Ale ('cept it gives me a headache)
5. Miller Lite (for when I know I will be drinking for HOURS upon HOURS).

BTW, what do you guys think about Blue Moon being bought by Coors. For over 300 years it was BREWED in Belgium...now it is in Colorado!
