No clutch when upshifting, is it bad for the bike? It just seems to slide into gear so smooth.

I do this quite often ... I don't think it's bad as long as it's done right - don't try to force it, but when the gears are synchronised, it will just click right into the next gear. It's a pretty cool feeling
