I read the Knights End collection of Batman once - brother lent it to me. Best series of Batman comics I had ever read..

Its 106 miles to Chicago. We have a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, its dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Hey, psycho, we're not getting back together. Now get out of my Van Halen t-shirt before you jinx the band and they break up.

Hmm....I guess I fall into the hype..

X-Men
Uncanny X-men
Batman, Year One series
Batman, the Dark Knight Returns series.

I thought the Watchmen was a Great series, too...

probably one of my favorites is a little known comic...

I always got 2000AD, and the Eagle with Dan Dare and the Mekon.

As a side note for fans of X-Men movies, number 3 is on its way soon.

May 26th, I think! That's what the preview on the Fantastic Four DVD had on it!

I used to read X-men years ago, but my interest in action-oriented comics is gone with the wind. I loved reading Bloom County and Outlanders. I got just about all of Berkeley Breathed's books. Steve Dallas rocks!

I would like to say thanks, for years I could not remember the name of the comic books my brothers had given me that a now ex-brother-in-law threw away with the rest of my collection, yes, he is still alive, for now but I keep praying for that special favor.

I loved Weird War, Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Fantasic Four & a gew others I can't remember.

Off to eBay I go

eBay, BAH! go to Mile High Comics. They are always having a sale of some sort. Sign up for their e-mail notification service. Real sweet.

ive been watching Smallville for 4 years now and all the references to him becoming superman and things we know happen later from movies or the Superfriends cartoon....makes me want to go back and read all the superman comics to learn more.
