I open multiple forums in Firefox's tabs and switch back and forth.

I'm just waiting for the temp to come up so I can ride. I won't make it long in 41 degrees.

Had a chilly wind last time out, pulled in to fill my tank, paid for the gas, walked back to my bike and realized I had dropped my keys and not noticed as my hands were numb. I had moved up in gloves but should have gone up another level. It was my last ride for this season. Bike now in storage.
Retired fair weather rider. No need to ride in the rain anymore.
Enjoy your ride.

Hm, yesterday was nice (upper 50s, low 60s) but as soon as the sun went down it dropped into the upper 30s. I will probably winterize my bike in the next two weeks - Gotthard, the most famous Alpine pass has now been closed for the Winter, and will probably remain closed until the end of May 2006.

The ski hills are opening up here. The earliest in a long, long time.
And it is still raining, climb a few thousand feet up the north shore mountains and it is a winter wonderland. Long as it stays where I do not have to shovel it.

Thread jacked in three responses!

I think a lot of people spend time reading threads before posting.

Its 106 miles to Chicago. We have a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, its dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Hey, psycho, we're not getting back together. Now get out of my Van Halen t-shirt before you jinx the band and they break up.
