Guys, depending on what the weather forecast is for next weekend. If Saturday looks like the better weather day can you guys ride on that day?
I can ride either weekend day. I'd prefer to ride on the better weather day if at all possible. Let me know.

Considering I'm on vacation the rest of the month now, I can ride on Sat. I believe Lauren has to work that day, so I will be solo, but I will be there.

Ok. We'll just play it by ear and decide by Friday which day looks the best. We'll keep it as Sunday unless its looking like a rainout on that day then switch it to Saturday.

The weatherman has a hard enough time predicting what tomorrow will be let alone 7 days from now!

Very true.

Hopefully it will be Sunday, because there is a possibility that I will be going to ride the Dragon on Friday, and two back to back loong days in the saddle might be a bit much.

It would definitely be a good test of the forward controls that will hopefully get put on this week though.

Nathan add me in on this one! I want to ride the farewell tour. As long as I don't get an ass kicker of a fire like I did last time before I was supposed to ride then I will be there!!

I can't go but.............

Everyone make sure Alex has a new back tire before he heads out !!!!!

Last time we rode, that thing was slick as glass.

I hate I'm gonna miss out on this one, just because it's Baker's last one here for awhile.

Hahaha, it wasn't that bad! It has since been replaced! I hope the weather is nice so we can go Sunday. Saturday is my dads birthday so I won't be able to go then.

Well, the forecast right now is looking like a 30% chance of scattered t-storms pretty much everywhere for Saturday and Sunday. So, if that forecast holds true, we can probably still do Sunday, just pack the rain gear and hope for the best?

All that assuming the forecast doesn't change, which it will, probably 5 minutes from now.

I like it....30%, 50%, 80%....I keep the rain gear on the bike and ride it out. Then again I'm the crazy one moving to the middle east

Sounds good to me. I'm planning on swinging by the stealer tonight and picking up my rain gear.

Let's just keep it as Sunday. It appears to be about the same as Saturday. Some forecasts are saying Sunday should be the better day. Screw it, lets ride!

GEORGIA:

Alex13 let me know by Saturday if your coming or not. We're meeting in Madison I-20 & 441 (exit 114) at McDonalds by 8:00pm. We should leave by 8:15am from there. If you want something to eat I would try get there around 7:45. I hope you can make it.

CAROLINA:

getout87 do you want to meet us in Clayton, GA at the Waffle House on 441 right in town? clayton, ga - Google Maps

If so let me know and make the time to be there about 10:45am.

Soooo, I have some bad news. I'm not going to be able to make it guys. Im awful with dates, hell I just forgot about the girl I have been dating all summer long's birthday, that went over real well. Ooops. Anyways, that Sunday I have a wedding to attend of a close friend and she is leaving for Texas soon afterwards. So I hate to say I won't be on the farewell tour. Ugh. You guys have fun with out me and ride safe! I hope you don't get rained on!

Bahrain, worked out a nice promotion and they offered me a pretty solid contract. I'll be there at least 2 years, sounds like they're building another property to be completed late 2010, so we'll see what happens...

My dad just came back from Bahrain. He was over there for a year. He said its really nice, and gas is cheap so take the 50 with you and ride!

The only rough part of the contract was my moving allowance. The M is gone the first week of Sept. On a happy note though, there is an HD dealer in Bahrain, I'll have to see if they'll set me up with a lease or something for the time I'll be there.
