Up date on Tom is that his knee is just bruised & should be good as,,,,,,,,,, I was going to say new, but he wasn't all that good before the crash, so I'll just say good as before in a few days.

I can't believe his elbows and hands didn't get smacked around more the way he tumbled.

I was half expecting that link to take me to a naughty site - almost didn't click it. Relieved to find out he's not pulling any funny business. Not sure why I thought that, but I got that thought right before I clicked it.

I'm not sure I'd want to spend that much. They look good, though I'm not familiar with the brand. I've gotten to like zipping my pants to my jacket. It feels more secure and is a bit safer. You might check zipper compatibility. They don't seem to have much venting for hot weather, though.

I'm not really concerned with venting and hot weather. My legs have a tendency to get cold to begin with even in heat. Three knee surgeries seemed to have messed up my leg circulation a bit and keeping them warm, especially my knees, is always a challenge. I became even more aware of the need for more gear after Tom's crash. Hit his left hip and knee. That is me when I go down next and I want the best protection I can get. I'm on my feet all day to make my paycheck. I know they are a tad high in price but seem to have the most knee protection for the $$'s. I have looked at several others and it seems the knee protection is always limited and I don't want to spend $600 on a suite. I'll keep looking around, MC show this winter, and find what fits me best. I think I may drive to Dennis Kirk soon and try on a few just for S's & giggles. Wanna go??

I've been curious to window shop in their store to kill time and maybe add to the wishlist - let me know when you go and I just might have to meet you there.

Thanks, but I have to give credit to Clint, he's the one that turned me on to it.
