Crap. That's worse than knowing what the problem was.

I'm back, and the new/used tire is on the Bandit, it's a good thing I didn't get off and look at my tire before starting home from where we left J.D. because that last burnout pretty much ate all that was left of my tire, there weren't any cords showing or anything like that, but all the groves were worn smooth in the center of the tire.

Nels said to to tell you guys he had a great ride & it was nice meeting everyone.

FYI, next time we stop at a titty bar, we're going to have to limit Clint to just one beer, I thought for sure that Hells Angel was going to be a real problem when Clint went over and told him he needed pick up the broken glass from the beer bottles he was breaking in the parking lot, thank god Vinnie knew him from one of his PGR rides.

Wow that was fun. Thanks for letting an old guy tag along.

The best thing though was to meet everyone and be able to match faces and personalities to people I've seen posting for two years. A good bunch I'd say, and pretty darn quick through the twisties too.

Sorry I missed the fun at the bar...

Did anyone open the Google Earth file? Does it work properly? There should be about six pinpoints and 100 miles of track.

You're welcome. I always wish I could bring my good camera and spend more time taking photos, but the guys don't seem to like being in the spotlight that much. They just want to ride.

Woooohoooo, rocka and a rolla!! No more Internet d.t.'s for Vinnie. Not sure what is worse, withdrawal symptoms from quitting smoking (gotta quite someday before I croak) or withdrawal from da inner-net

Thanks Clint, you're awesome!!

Good to see you up and running! Hope my housekeeping didn't confuse matters too much.

And yes, I am.

Edited to add, then remove, lecture on smoking. You've heard it all before.

I'm probably the best person I know at being humble. They should give me a plaque or something. I'm that good.

About that other thing, my favorite uncle just quit. To start chemotherapy and radiation. He has months to live. He's not much older than you.

My mom quit after her 3rd stroke...only because her brain was so damaged she couldnt get the lighter to the end of the cigarette and no one would do it for her. She died finally a few days later. she knew it had caused emphysema, CHF, TIAs, strokes, leathery skin,...but she kept on.
It is an amazingly addiction.... it is my humble opinion (unlike Clint) that people who keep it up have a possibly unconscious death wish...or at least are not so happy with life.

That's right... you got nuthin' on my humility. I'm so humble it hurts. Everyone else, I mean, because they wish they were as humble as I am.
