I just got the flyer yesterday in the mail. Looks like they are behind in the website. I rode last year and had a good time. They had about 4-5 different stops and them a dinner in the evening.
It's put on by a family that has two kids with CF. I guess they raised about 5 grand last year.
The ride started in CenterCity,MN at the Porter House right on HWY 8

I will most likely go. I was in your hood last Sat. night but had no time to stop, rode down to Onalaska for a KIA funeral. Guess you are in SD right about now. Give me a pm or call when you return.

As far as scraping boards I think I am gonna have to lower the bike a bit to do it on a regular basis. I have some decent seat time on this bike now and still have a hard time getting it over far enough to scrape. Gotta go back to the Dragon I guess.

Frostbitevinnie...were you part of the Honor Guard for the funeral in Onalaska? Just want to say thanks for making the trip if you were. That is quite a site to see, just too bad that it has to be for a funeral.

My brother-in-law is a high school teacher in Onalaska and remembered the young man that was KIA.

Did you get to do any other riding in the area?

Yes I was, and yes I did get some more riding in, hooked up with a couple other MNPGR and headed up 61 on the MN side. It was a sad day, someone so young dying a horrible death, many of us fought tears for a good deal of the time. I was honored to stand in respect for Nick, it was the least I could do. My only disappointment was the lack of turnout considering there are close to 15,000 PGR riders in close proximity to Onalaska. Folks get busy I guess.

I'll be going with my daughter and her husband tomorrow. I may have another daughter riding with me. I'll have the quiet 109 and the son-in-law will have the loud Marauder.
