Hummm, I saw some more pics of Rick between pgs 3>9. Wonder why that was?? It would seem that he ran the Dragon a few more times than some of us. How could that possibly be?

I like to think of it as Dragon surgery. It was just what I needed for that irregular but comfortable position whilst using me hwy pegs. I think next time I will drop it on the other side so my hwy bars match. So Dragon surgery #2 will hopefully be within the next 15 mos.

cheap way to modify the hwy bars.. just use all the weight of the motorcycle on its side to bend them.

Hey Vinnie if you come up with some more bike money let me know. I can ask him how much he wants for his highway bars he is trying to sell.

So you rode the Dragon with your feet up on the highway bars?

HECK NO!!! At times I was squeezing the tank with my legs so tight that I think I messed myself. I am sure it could be done but not by me. The left side is now bent back about 3" to 5" so my left leg is bent while on the hwy and my right straight. I really don't care to replace them as I can easily bend them back. They won't be as shiny but they did the job I intended. All I need is a sticker that spells out O-U-C-H.

Part of the Georgia crew and I are on May 31, pg. 118 on the Killboy.com

They made up for the last time I was down and they didn't get any shots. I got about 10 or so this time.

When you gonna get some more time off?

Hey it is very do-able for us to go back up there early in the morning and ride all day. Then head back the next morning.

You ought to see if you can make some of the rides with us on Sundays. If you get your computer email address working let me know and I will add you to the mailing lists. We can easily go up to Helen for the day and ride around and come back.

Welcome back guys. Glad everyone made it without any serious mishaps. I've been offline since the storms on Thursday and just got things working today. Boy that was really some bad weather.

Anyways hope to see some pics when you have a chance. I'd like to see your bikes and put some faces to the names too.

It is hard to get time off from this slave chamber! I can leave early on a Saturday night and drive up on the bike. But I have to leave early in the morning on Monday to be at work for 12:00. It can be done, but I am the only rc tech. here on Monday! I can check my e-mail till 11 pm on Saturday nights here @ work. I rode 200+ miles yesterday with no problem, the new seat is great!
