I'll make a batch of jambalaya for us up there. Shrimp/chicken/beef sausage with a little extra cayenne pepper (to clean the system out) if that is OK. If you want some gumbo, I can make that also. REMEMBER ONE THING , I LIKE MINE WITH A LITTLE SPICE IN IT!

Question All. Do any of you not want adult beverages when you get there? I was thinking about stopping on the way up and grabbing a few 12 packs of Yuengling for Saturday evening and icing them down.

But if you guys are nto interested then I will leave the cooler at home. We can always go to a local estabishment to hang out for a little while.

Jambalaya (extra spicy) and beer. I'm there.

Chris, I still ask for clarification of your plans. Where will you be found whilst asleep Saturday night?

I was going to room in with Sean & his brother, Sean said I could stay with them if it not a burdon on anyone. Got my sleeping bag I go camping with. Or if the room is not roomy enough, I have slept in the cab of the truck on long traveling trips for convience, there I'll rest my eyes. I don't drink often, so just the smell of adult beverage and I am wobbbbbbbbly.

Uhhhhhhhh, no. You can always come along if you like. Still looking for roomie #5 since ShonR is towing his GF and Scotty has not chimed in.

Yeah Sean, I am up to a beverage and the jambalaya sounds really good Chris. I like spicy. I am not much of a drinker, I always get a monster headache after beer #3.

Looking forward to meeting all you guys!!!

Thumbs up

I need to know how many are going to feast on the jambalaya? That way I will know how much to bring. Are we going to need a microwave or something to warm it up, it is fantastic when its hot & spicey I could bring my micro along with me and leave it in the room for the trip. Do I need to bring paper plates along also, and some forks? Sean please let me know what I need to bring along so this goes smoothly by the book as they say. Done some cruising on the new seat to get accustomed to the seat. Road it to work today and ran errands today on it and the seat is better so far

Count me in on that "Jambalaya", with enough beer in me, I've been known to eat raw Habanera peppers on a bet,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the next day was really bad!

The cottage is equiped for fixing meals, I doubt you will need to bring a microwave or paper plates.
