Default Looking to take a ride with a destination.

Anyone in MN or WI up for a lunch ride? I'm much nicer in person.

Love to ride up there. I grew up in Detroit Lakes and would like to go back sometime, but my weekends are booked clear through November. Maybe a December ride?

Do you have a ride in mind, or are you looking to just put something together?

Nothing in mind. Depends on who's interested. I'm guessing I'd be going south, so I'd like to hear ideas. I usually ride north and west.

Depending on how far south you want to go, I can show you some of the roads I like to ride. Mostly around the Prescott Wi area, about 30 min south of the Cities.

I can't think of any fun roads between us. Most of the good roads I know, are in the area that got flooded last month, in the south east part of the state.

Oh and just so your not disapointed, I'm just as nasty in person as I am on here.

Sure,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just let me fire up the old printing press here, and I'll have enough Monopoly money for you in no time.

I wish I could afford to do that. ..........................Just as soon as I win the lottery, your in.

I just took my first trip (only 150 miles) a few days ago and my butt still hurts. The seat on the S50 is really hard. Unfortunately I won't be going on any more trips until I get the seat replaced, probably with a Corbin.

I was hoping to do a ride along the Mississippi this summer starting probably at Praire du Chien and going north, but that looks more like next year unless we have good weather through October. And of course that's more than a day ride too.

But it will be interesting to see what you guys come up with.

I'll be heading up to the Minneapolis area, probably around the week of 10/15, but I'll be driving Denise.

You guys in the southern part of the state have the best roads, I'll bet you have ridden Hwy 60 between Zumbro, and Hwy 61 a few times.

Maybe we can get together some time next year, after they get all the flood damage repaired.
