|  The Rockers vs. Mods Rally, Houston
I am heading over to the event Saturday afternoon. Meeting up some riding buddies at Star Pizza on Washington Ave at 1:00 PM. Any takers? Just spreading the word about a cool new event coming to H-Town. The Rockers vs. Mods rallye will be happening Sept. 18th thru 20th. There will be bands, and beer, and vintage scooters and cafe racers. The guys putting it on have been doing scooter rallyes for years, so they know what they are doing. This is the first year this group is putting this type of event on, and I hope it will continue for many years. It's loosely based on the Dallas Rockers vs. Mods event, which is a blast. If you've been to the Dallas rallye, you know what I mean. You will not be bored. The more people pre-reg, the more bands they can book, and the more cool door prizes they'll be able to get. Pre-reg gets ya a t-shirt, patch, raffle tickets, and admission to all the venues, which include the Continental, Fitzgerald's, and probably one other Saturday hang TBA.
