i was hoping to ride out to palo duro canyon state park this weekend and then maybe onward to sugarite NM, but i had to cancel my plans. i'm hoping to do it next weekend though.
we'll see if the lights and the choke on the shadow start co-operating again before next week.

I've ridden over to NM a time or 2. I DO NOT want to get caught in another dust storm. I don't know how you guys live there.

Default New Mexico in the house!

I'm from Deming,NM (100 mi. west of El Paso). I've been looking for more people to ride with. There don't seem to be many riding orgs. in my area, and the ones that exist seem to be Harley oriented. I don't want to badmouth anyone, but, these harley guys seem pretty full of themselves and they scoff at my '07 Straoliner. Jealousy;Envy? I don't know. All I do know is they stop scoffing when I go by at about 130.
