Default ninja 250 front end

Does anyone know how to soften the spring rate on this 250 ninja? It seems too stiff at times or is this how it should stay? I ride a S50 also and this seems like a tinker toy now

The Ninja is a sport bike and should be a stiffer than a crusier. But if you want to make them softer, check the following. Do you have preload adjusters? If so, try backing them out a little bit at a time. Next you can cut the springs, but I don't recommend this. The last thing would be to replace the springs with softer springs.

Most bikes are setup for a 150lb rider, but I believe that the springs on sport bikes are a little stiffer.
