I stumbled across this site while googleing some V65 Magna stuff... anyway, I started reading and 3 hours later found myself joining  Currently my only bike is a 1986 V65 Magna with 35,000 miles on it, and it looks every bit as good as the one posted here: http://www.motorcycle-journal.com/fo...5-magna-1.html (without the gas tank dent)  I bought mine a year ago, after searching for almost 3 years to find a "nice" one. I've wanted one since I was a senior in high school when they were first hit the street in '83... so far I have put about 7,000 miles on it. The previous owner treated it quite well... I'll add a few pics as soon as I can find the CD I burned them too  (or I locate my camera to take new ones)The bad news is that I smoked/glazed the Clutch plates due to Mobil One synthetic MOTORCYCLE oil that is supposed to be suitable for wet clutches... it's not.
