|  2002 Suzuki Intruder 1400 question
Greetings. I just purchased a 2002 Suzuki 1400 Intruder today. The bike is beautiful not a scratch or dent on it with only 12,000 miles. The dealer I purchased it from walked me through the basic care but failed to mention a few items. By the time I realized that my knowledge was lacking they were closed. I need to know how to check the fluid level for the radiator. I assume that a normal inspection would require that but I've never owned a liquid cooled bike so I really don't know. Second question. How do I removed the seat? Again I assume that I would have to do that at some point in time, to access the battery, etc., but can't figure out how. As far as I can tell the seat is the original Suzuki seat. I hope someone can help me out here. I ordered a service manual but it won't arrive until next week and I want to make sure the bike gets the care it needs. Thanks. Easymoney |
