Hello all, just signed up and joined! I picked up a new 08 Suzuki GSXF650 one month ago and have been driving anywhere with pavement ever since.

Recently returned to biking after a few years of abscence. Wife isn't thrilled, she was happy to see the last machine go, but the teenage son's love it and are begging to take a test drive. Strict rule around my house -- dad's toys are...well...DAD'S toys !! I'll have to watch for a starter bike for them to learn on, cuz this 650 ain't it -- lots of power, great handling around town, upright ridding position, but a little heavy for a couple of teenage beginers.

Based out of Houston, Texas, but have lived and traveled pretty much everywhere. My other life (the parts of the day that pay for my riding) is centered around software for the oil/gas industry -- I know, I know I've heard all about how big oil is making a killing. I just work here, think of me as providing software that helps keep a slosh in your gas tank

Enough about me -- great looking forum. Also belong to KatRiders and the new SUZUKI 650 forum, but always looking for more info.

Just call me DJ -- everyone else does.

We missed it. When? Just now. When will then be now? Soon.
