Hey everyone. I've posted a couple of times, but I thought I'd stop by and formally introduce myself. I'm 25 and hail from good ol' Northern Cali. I own a black '05 M50 pushing 10k miles, which I bought new and she is my baby. She is my second bike, taking the place of a 1985 Yamaha 700 Maxim (interesting bike), and I'm really looking forward to being a part of this forum. It looks like a bunch of great people. See ya'll around the watercooler!

Out with the old...

And in with the new

hi from nova scotia. i'm what you would consider an outdoors person. my outdoor toys are as follows : suzuki boulevard c90se, yamaha sx viper(snowmobile), suzuki quad runner 300(atv), clubcar(golfcar) and a toyota tundra. as you can see, i don't do a whole lot of walking. i also don't do a whole lot of sitting around the house. when it comes to biking and snowmobiling, i prefer the long trips over just banging around town or hanging around tim horton's.

Hi Everyone,

Looked at this site a few times now and wanted to introduce myself. I am from Melbourne, Australia and currently riding a Suzuki VL250 Intruder, am going to upgrade in July to a C50.

If anyone has recommendations on sissy bars and panniers/saddlebags it would be appreciated.

Looking forward to a long and happy involvement in the site.

Default Is Winter over yet!

Just a few short rides this winter. I have a 06 White Roadliner. My wife rides a 03 Orange 1300 VTX, she's not a cold weather rider. Thinking about putting Road Burner 2 into 1 on the RL, anyone have experience with this brand. Plan to install myself.

When I rode this bike from the dealership I had no idea what my excietment was going to manifest into, being that I had never rode a motorcycle on the street, and had only rode a p.o.s ninja around my neighborhood 10 or so times. If anyone out there is thinking of getting a bike for the first time....Quit thinking and do it! After driving circle track for 17years thinking there was no better way to accelerate, I was mistaking wrong. There is nothing better than digging hard in a corner, pegs scrapin, then pounding the accelerator as you try to remove your butt from the passenger seat while praying the next light is red, so you can begin to breathe, and do it all over again.
