yes as mentioned it is 805...conversion is 16.39 cc / ci (the 50 series is really a 49ci engine)

Hey everyone, name's Denish...just bought my 05 m50 black today...absolutely stunning bike. I had a 00 sv650 naked for the greater part of last year but sold it due to a lack of time riding while in college. Now that I'm graduated and working, have more time+money to enjoy the ride. Glad to be back on 2 wheels!

Glad I found this forum, this seems like a great place to ask questions and to talk with other riders. I currently own a GSX-R1000 but I'm in the process of trading it in for a new M50 Black! I loved the 1000 but due to back problems I got to go with something more comfortable. Plus I just love the way the M50 looks. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions on aftermarket items and things of that nature after I get the bike; so more to fallow.

Hi EVO ... welcome. Save yourself alot of frustration - start out with a used bike. Trust me, dropping a new bike isn't pleasant.

Hello. My name is Scott and I live in South Florida. I'm 38 years of age and have a history of fast cars and amateur racing. I purchased a 2005 M50 and couldn't be happier. My trade was a 2005 Kawi ZX6R. I rode the sport bike a few months and decided for long term usage it wasn't the bike for me. Besides, the wife wouldn't come near it! I come here from the Kawasaki Motorcycle Forums where I used to post as Kawapowa.

Anyway, I have grown tired of wasting money on my cars. The latest one you can see here. I sold it since my Suburban is really the everyday driver and I could really use the money to replenish what I plan on spending on the bike.

Here's the "leaving home" pic and the "coming home" pic ... glad to be here!
