Default new guy

recently found this site on the internet and liked what i saw. my ride is a 2003 sv 1000s (silver) . had it about 18 months and 12000 miles later all smiles. went from harleys to a sport bike at 54years old. and i love it. been riding motorcycles since age 8. lot of saddle time. love the camraderie of cyclists as opposed to cagers. its not what you ride but if you ride.

The only negative thing I really hear folks say about the Bandits is that the front (and rear?) suspension(s) need a little bit of upgrading. I'm only 5'6", and about 160 pounds (give or take), and this is my first bike, so I haven't noticed anything wrong with the suspension and I have nothing to compare it to really.

All I can say is I love mine. Are you looking at a 250, 400, 600, 650, 1200?

im only about 5"5, not too sure though, and every bike i see is too big for me, it looks like the bike is driving me instead of vice versa. No ones bigger than their bike, i can guarnteee you that, unless your a fatass

Hey all....well lets see im from NJ but i go to school in Vermont (Norwich University Corps of Cadets), Just recently bought an RM250 over my spring break so im a noob when it comes to riding dirtbikes, but ive been riding ATV's for a while now. Its good to finally get back into riding cause they have made it close to impossible to ride anywhere in NJ near where i live! Running from the cops is def. not much fun See ya all in the forums!

Hey everyone this is Sarah. My boyfriend, finch63gs500f, is a member on here and he told me to join so here I am. I live in Minneapolis, just starting to get into bikes. I am more into cars at the moment because I know how to drive them. I don't have a bike yet, but once I take the class and get my license I will probably get one. I go to the University of Minnesota for Retail Merchandising and my BF and I want to open our own bike and car shop.
