I'd say we've created Frankenstein, but I'm not sure of the female equivalent.

I saw a short girl on a Gixxer 600 yesterday. She was so short, when she stopped she had her left foot on the ground, and her right foot was barely over the seat. When the lite turned green she just hopped up on it and took off. She also had no helmet, wearing tennis shoes and short pants. There was lots of traffic, she was turning left and I was turning right. I would have liked to have followd her a ways, in a purely inquisitive of her skill level of course.
