Cool New to Suzuki- Ex Harley Riders

Greetings,
We are new to this forum. Retired and full time in an RV. Just two old folks enjoying the ride!!

We retired with two HD loaded in the back of our Dodge one ton pickup. After loading and un-loading them every two weeks for the past 7 months, we decided that we needed lighter bikes.

Bought a Honda Rebel and a GZ250. Nice bikes, but needed more power.

Found two new Suzuki S-40's. Bought them both on Valentines day. My wife of 34 years said that she would rather have a bike than diamonds!!

She wouldn't let me "give" her the new GZ 250 and buy an S-40. As we sat in the finace office, she said: "It is not going to work. You can't buy the S-40 and give me the GZ250, even if it is new. I want a S-40 too" I guess we have be married too long. She can read my feeeble mind like a open book. Sooo, we bought two!! One blue, one white.

Am really impressed with them. The are large enough powerwise, to ride the faster speeds. (For us, that is 60 MPH-LOL)

Yet they are so light and nimble!!! Oh, and EASY to load!!

We are really enjoying the lighter bikes.

Count your blessings, and ride safe !!!!
