New to this forum. I got thrashed for going into HDforums. I just wanted to look at some harleys,....and needed some info on leathers.
I think they are jealous of my bike.

Those guys were abuncha butt heads.

I just wanted some info about some leathers,...and they flamed me.

fyi don't go there!

hope I'm more welcome in these forums.

Ok, I got sucked into the black hole that is HD-think. Here's my favorite line, from a member:

"The bike is what is important to the HD rider. The ride is what is important to everyone else.

Welcome, if you're looking for leather, you may want to try ironpony.com or newenough.com. Both carry a good variety from cruiser styles to race styles and have good prices.
At this forum we try to keep an attitude that
"It's not what you ride, it's THAT you ride."

Welcome John, I got my leathers from foxcreekleather.com. I may be a little bias since they are in Virginia but I have had great service with them and the leather is unbelievable

I suspected as much, but I've been too quick to fire my guns before. Oh, well.

I don't think traffic was ever an issue. You can see from the replies to that thread that they have an overabundunce of redneck, pinhead, largemouth morons. I'm looking at you, shortfatboy.

It speaks volumes that we have members who only ride HD. They'd rather anonymously thrash such a member at their little cult.
