Default New from Minnesota

Just trying to get over the winter blahs by discussing motorcycles.

I purchased a new 2006 C50C in September of 2006. The fall in Minnesota was terrible for riding, so I only put about 600 miles on it so far. I was looking for a cruiser when I went out shopping and went to about 6 different dealers, but when I saw the pearl white C50C with the gold and silver flames and aluminum wheels, I knew it was the one. The price was right due to the fact that the 2007's were starting to roll in. The few times I was out this fall I did notice quite a few people taking time to walk around it to take a closer look. I rode a 1991 Yamaha FZR 1000 for about 3 years before the C50C and a 1984 Kawasaki GPZ 750 for a few years before that. It was interesting that when my friends and I hit 30 years old, the sportbikes started to disappear. Before I knew it, I was the last one to still have his. I can not say enough about how great the C50C has been so far.

Here is my first forum question:

How many of the C50C's does Suzuki produce? Is it a lot less then regular C50's?

Have a good one!

God I feel old...... Still not ready for a cruiser....

Can you post a pic of your bike. Would like to see it after that description. Don't think I've seen one at a dealer.
