I ride year round. Some winter months it's challenging to get a ride in, but I've been out every month for the past 3 years.
February in NH

I ride untill the snow flies,. if we have a nice spell(the snow infront of my house is gone) I ride some more. I'ts not worth riding today it's 8 today and it was trying to snow or spit ice on me earlier. I would get no pleasure being in the bike today... CMON SPRING!!!

yep.. I also ride weekends thru the winter unless it is below 40 deg or so...or icy/wet. That means at least once a month I get decent ride in...and so I dont winterize the bike.

Default ride all winter DEPENDING upon weather

I'm good to about 45*, but my commute is only about 6 mi one way. Don't do rain, snow or night (headlight really is worthless & it's really cold when the sun goes down in winter).

I call myself a fair weather rider, but in Charlotte, I'm able to ride enough through winter that the bike doesn't really need to be winterized from what I understand.

I will drive my bike if the roads are clear in the winter but the rides are short if it is too cold, no lower than -10. For the most part though if I was in the Southern states i wolud never own a vehicle with four wheels. Unfortunatly here in Canada we do get snow storms

"I ride all year, regardless of the weather"

Of course I live and ride in the southeast Texas area, it hardly ever snows. It can be freezing but as long as there is no ice I will ride.

Holy thread from the dead Batman!!!!

Wow... as long as there is no ice and I am not sick I will ride. Although I am more selective on the days I want to do it.

I ride all winter but I live in Florida. Still have to get all bundled up against the cold, but not as bad as up north. At least there's no snow and ice, which is one of the reasons I came down here from NY/NJ.

I always have to chuckle at the guys who wear knit hats (which do nothing in the wind) than wear any kind of helmet.

Dh and I keep riding through winter. Well, so far this is only our second winter coming up.

I rode to work today...rained on in the morning and again this afternoon, but still was good to be on the bike.
