Default If you've switched motorcycle genres, which way?

If you've made a distinct change from one type of bike to another, what was the switch? I'll use general categories for the sake of simplicity. If you don't fit within these groups, don't vote.

I think the weekly poll should be president Bushs approval rating that would be an interesting poll.

Went from Dirt to Dual, to Standard, to Sport, to Cruiser. If they total M who knows what will be next.

As a rider of both cruiser and sportbikes, I've spent some time pondering this very question. Although I still ride the M50, I did trade my HD Sportster for the F4i. Looks like I'll be putting my vote for cruiser to sportbike.

I would've kept my first bike ('82 GS450L), but I didn't want to have one more large item to move across the country (plus, the $500 I got for it went into my gas tank on the way). Figured I'd get the fast and uncomfortable thing while I was still young enough to enjoy it. If things go the way I'd like them to, I'll create a collection of bikes rather than switching.

Not sure on my switch. Went from a 86 Honda Magna to a 94 Suzuki Intruder to a 97 Bandit to a 06 M-50.

I haven't switched *yet*.....

I love my bandit, but I'm falling for my wifes Marauder.... Rode it up to Laconia and loved it.

I've already decided to start saving for either an M50 or something a bit bigger.

*edit* didn't realize suzuki stopped making the m95.
