Since the onset of mainstream motorcycle forums, one book has been touted as the bible of motorcycling on the street. If you haven't heard of it, you haven't looked. If you haven't read it, you probably aren't that interested in living to a natural end. It's Proficient Motorcycling, by David Hough. Proficient Motorcycling addresses many topics that come up in indirect ways on the forums every day, and it teaches techniques to handle your bike properly. It's pages are relevant to any type of motorcycle, and covers about any type of riding. Get it. Read it. Understand it. |
