Yeah, both bikes were tits when they came out! Everyone was hailing the FZR. I still have the old M/C mags with the write-ups for both.

I like both of these things, But man are they porkers. The ZX is really great as a touring rig. I have 50,000 miles on it. The FZ is a bit of a project that never gets done, it's in pretty tough shape cosmetically speaking. Hopefully I'll finish it one of these days.
