The daytripper is nice. Its taken a little while to break in to soften up but have been really happy with it. I've only ridden about 2 hours straight on it so far. I plan on a 4 hour ride this weekend. I'll let ya know. It hands down makes my ride more enjoyable than the stock seat. I'm planning an 8 hour ride to deals gap and for that a taller windshield like the big shot, I may want. But the seat I think will be fine its a good compromise between comfort and looks.

How is it going? You and I exchanged a couple of messges on a posting you had about your windshield. I ended up getting Pop Top also and have to say that it made a huge difference at speeds of 70-75mph.
My question is how do you like your Day Tripper? Have you put in a ride with about 4-6 hours? I am definitely getting a Mustang seat, but can't decide on which one. Like you, I want to keep the sporty look of the M50.
