    That is all I did. Just make sure it that the plat can't swing. Mine stops on the faux axle nut cover, therefor keeping it from possible swinging downward and hitting the asphalt due it's over all length.

    Other than that some of those fancy smancy aluminum plates are a little on the thick side. So just make sure the bolt it long enough to be threaded in good.

    I got a question for you. I bought a side mount for the license plate and would like to put it on the same bolt that you had put yours in a posted pic you had. Before I take that bolt off, is there any considerations that I should take into account? I hoping that it's as easy as removing it (with an alan wrench?), putting the plate holder on there, and then tightening it back.

    Any help's appreciated.
