I haven't tried that. I installed Cobra longs w/ cobra FI2000r and I love them. Not too loud but sounds nice. I have the old pipes sitting in the garage, so one day I may look into what you are saying ... but my motivation to do so now is down since I like the new pipes a lot. And, they look much better then the stock.

I've tried, but no luck. They are not like the C50. I am going to buy Cobra Speedster Longs.
