Sunday Ride with Pics - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

Had a break in the rain Sunday, took the bike up to Orange county. Rode up the Sprain Pkwy to the Toconic, cut over to Rt9 in Pleasentville, over the Bear Mtn bridge took Rt 9 past West Point to 218 near Cornwall, into Central Vally up Rt32 to Rt94 over to New Windsor. About 80 miles, just a great day all around, stopped a few times to take some pics.

Beautiful weather and beautiful pics!!!

The last one shows thick clouds though. Were you ok? No rain?

Dang, I was going to go riding this coming Sunday but now I have to go see some people at 4:30pm. Cuts my ride short cuz I have to get home, take a shower and dress properly.

Looking at your pics, now I really want to ride, so I'm going to start early in the morning.

Go for it, nothing like an early morning ride if you can manage to get up.

And no. no rain. Clouds rolled in at the end of the ride.

Got quite a bit of green still on the trees much more desirable than our maze of corn.

Nice pictures, this part of new york has a lot of great areas to take pictures of, as soon as I figure out how to post pictures (I'll get my grandkids to help)
I'll post some shots I took from the ellenville/new paltz area.
