| Sorry guys been kinda mia/in the hospital. Bored with little to do thought I would post my new paint job pix. I had a lil ole lady pull out in front of me so I had to do a repaint, not the reason why the hospital visit. Its all rattle can paint, with ghost Honda wings on the tank and HONDA on the lower fairing. I may do more this winter. ![]() ![]() ![]() takes a fair amount of work to get can paint to shine but as you can see it can be done. |

| Fly.....I've come to hate you! Ever since you've posted pics of that little red beauty, it has created an unhealthy obsession with all things NC30. I've researched them nine ways to Sunday, now all I've got to do is find one......you evil bastid!!!! I thought I spied one a couple of weeks ago. I caught a glimpse of what I thought might be one in a large rural type back yard. I couldn't stop, but the more I think about it, it could possibly be a VFR800. However, I will keep my eye out for a "For Sale" sign.

| Really nice. I'd love to have a lightweight for ripping around on.

Awwww now say it isn't so, a person can never have too many friends, be it local or online Keep in mind while looking and I'm sure you already know this Honda made many bikes that look like one of these. NC30's, NSR's, VFR's from 700 to 800cc, NC29s are really close. I can tell ya, check out the Hawk GT's, you can pick them up on FLEABAY for a good price and once you grow tired of it, if ever they always bring the what you payed for it. I have seen several with full fairings, 17" vfr rear wheel, RC30 paint jobs, really sharp bike that handles much like the NC/RC. You can also find them on Ebay, when I got mine the following week one showed up in better shape for less money. I saw one not a few weeks ago on FLEABAY go for like 6k, but have seen them as little as 3. As you know if it is titled they tend to bring more money, its not hard to import one. Depending on where you live I may can help you out. KNOWING what I know though, I would really look into the HAWK parts for these things are hard to get and even more to have them shipped. | |

| Do you really have to baby it until it's hot? And then, you can't flog it like a rented mule at Wide Open Throttle all the time either right?

| I don't even throw a leg over the thing until its up to temp. It can take say 10-15min at 80-90deg out. Its mostly so that you don't screw up a plug and at 20bucks each its worth the wait. And yes, you can ride it like your friend stole it ALL the time so long as your shifts are good and at the proper rpm. |
