| I'll be keeping the M. I probably purchased this bike too soon, but it was the heat of the moment. I was looking for an SVS to look at when I saw this and because my motorcycle interest began when I saw my first Duc, I had to have this. Kinda looks like a Duc with that swingarm. I still plan on riding the M as my commuter but this will be fun on weekend rides. I plan on having one of each (cruiser / sportbike) as long as I can afford to. Rockhead, I don't plan on finding our it's top speed, but I researched it for you on a VFR forum and came up with btwn 152 and 165. Personally, I believe those type of speeds are only appropriate on a track. Thanks for the love, D |

| Congrats on the new bike. Very nice looking! When flying down the road at ungodly speeds, keep in mind, your bike is only as strong as it's weakest point. That could be any number of items. Just some food for thought. BTW, After 22 yrs of sport bike riding, I just switched over to cruisers. I always keep the above mentioned thought in my head. My father, a retired AF pilot, shared that concept with me when I started on sport bikes. I've always felt it was a good thought to share with other riders. Think about it. |
