I've got a 2001 GSX-R750 with roughly 5K miles on it. The bike is in excellent condition, with the exception of a recent electrical problem. For the past few days, it has developed an intermittent problem where the entire electrical system will die while riding. No gauges, no ignition to the plugs, no fuel pump, no lights, nothing. Let it sit for a while, and it will occasionally start up again with no problem. It will then suddenly die again in-route. And there you are, pushing the mighty GSXR home. I've checked the battery, electrical connections, and fuses. They're all good. I'm running out of ideas. Has anyone else had a similar type of problem? Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jeremy |
