|  Bike won't start.... This is a pisser....I bought a 2005 S40 back in May. Because of the vagarities of my job (soldier, 101st ABN) I didn't get a chance to get licensed or take the MSF BRC offered on post (Requirement for riding if a service member, on or off post). Anyway, I finally got a chance to take care of all that last week. Rode all day Thursday and Friday. Ran some errands on Saturday. Yesterday, went out, started her up, went back into the house to get something while she idled, came out got on, remembered that I hadn't unlocked the forks, so I turn off the ignition, unlock the forks, try to start it again, and the bike won't turn over....It backfired once or twice but thats about it....still won't start....same thing, starter turns over, but it won't turn the engine over. Anyone else have this problem? Any advice?
