Default Help my rear brakes don't work

When I press on the rear brakes I get nothing. It doesn't even slow the bike down. It goes all the way down with no pressure. I checked the reservoir and it is full. I checked the brake line and the caliper and I don't see any leaks. My bike has only 1000 miles on it. Help.

I will attempt to bleed my brakes first thing tomorrow. Any tips before I start?

pump the lever and hold it down then crack the bleeder screw

if that does not work try taking the line of the master cylinder and cover the hole with your thumb then pump you should start to feel pressure .if not you need to rebuild your master cylinder
witch is very easy

Isn't it still under warranty?
If it is then take it back and let them fix it!

Well, I went ahead and bled the system and the rear brakes work now. I guess the old fluid was bad. The new dot 4 fluid is clear compared to the yellowish fluid I just replaced. Anyhow it works now. Thanks for all of the help.
