Default wheel change

well ive got a 750 slabby with 18" wheels and they are as skinny as Mr Muscle from the adverts i have a matmachex swingarm on the back can any1 recommend a good size wheel and what bike it is off i suppose i will need to change the front aswell or will it be ok

they seem so skinny m8 thats all i want it to look a bit more beefy @ back end as it is looking thin @ moment
