Default Moving a bike around in the garage

I have a fairly small single car garage and I'd like to get my bike (gsxr600) up against the front wall so that I can park both the bike and my car in the garage during the winter. The garage is too narrow to maneuver the bike into the position where I want it without lifting manually it or using a dolly of some sort. I don't really like the idea of lifting it manually and besides, I'd like to figure out some way to do it where I don't need to get a second person involved.

Does anybody have ideas on how they would accomplish this sort of thing? Is there any product (hopefully relatively inexpensive) that I could buy that can cradle the rear wheel and allow me to slide it around on casters or something like that? It'd be neat if I could find a rear stand that has casters if there is such a thing since I could use a rear stand anyway.

I'm just looking for ideas here so if you've got any, let's hear 'em.
