Default Stuck screw - what do I do?

One of the screws that holds the fairing on my gsx-r600 is stuck. The bike is a 2002 and the screw appears to be stainless steel and it doesn't look to me like any rust is involved. The screw takes a 4mm hex wrench to remove and attempting to remove it I damaged my craftsman wrench. Now, the screw is somewhat damaged and I am not sure how I will get it out. I've tried putting some wd40 on it as well as some other penitrating oil I found but with the damaged screw head and a brand new wrench it doesn't seem like I am able to get enough torque on it to bust it free.

It seems like I may have to take it into a shop to have the screw drilled out or something.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on how I might get this screw loose? I hate the idea of taking it to a shop and probably spending a decent chunk of change just to get a darn screw out. I can't even change the oil in the bike without removing this stupid screw.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ben
