Default Loads up & stalls - touched on before, but never answere

My 88 GSX-R 750 is having the same problem that I've seen mentioned before, but never found a solution for. After starting (which after adjusting plug gaps & wire lengths the bike does fine now), I can get it to idle good. However, when I go to take off, it loads up & stalls out. This is if I am not high on the RPM's.

I've already had the carbs off, cleaned out, adjusted to specs, and flushed the fuel system. I'm certain that there's some kind of adjustment I need to make, but being a noob with this thing i'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
