Default Adjustments for height and weight
Just completed a basic rider safety course this past week. In it the instructor mentioned that bikes can be set for a riders specific height and weight. Can a guy make these adjustments himself or is it something a shop is better off tackeling? If I could do it myself will the owners manual (I dont have one yet bet am working on finding one) have the info on what settings I will want for my height (5'10") and weight (215 ibs.)?

The Ride is a 2006 CBR 600 F4i.
