Default Foot brake won't make the tail light brighter
Hi all,

I am running into a problem where when I apply foot brake, the tail light won't get brighter. When I apply the hand brake, everything is normal. I am wondering what is going on. The bike is a 82 XS400 Maxim. I just got it and no history comes with it.
