Default 1997 Suzuki Bandit 600 carb issues

Hi all... as always thanks for the help. i got the fuels sytem cleaned out and the bike is running, idling and getting there. a couple of questions.

1) One of the pilot jets is stuck inside the carb assembly. the head is stripped and I can't get it out. can anyone recommend a way to get it out that will be safe for me to try. I dont want to drillin there as i am sure i will screw something up... can I use an easy out extractor since there is already a hole in the screw. can anyone suggest one that will fit down into the carb body. its about 1inch down and pretty narrow.

2) being the pilot jet is clogged. it seems like the idle is a little rough. i guess that cyclinder is not firing when the engine is idling. will this ruin my engine at all if I do not fix it right away???

3) at about 5,000 rpm the bike hesitates. I hot the throttle but the bike just does not pick up. I back off and try again and ease into it and it will go. the main jets are clear. I just cleaned those out and reinspected them friday... any suggestions on this issue. could it be related to the one pilot jet or the fact that that cylinder or plug might be messed up???

thx, big
