Default Suzuki OEM Light Bar

I recently purchased a pair of Memphis Shades Lowers for my 2005 C50T and love them. I'm planning on buying the Suzuki OEM Light Bar for my bike and was wondering if the turn signals on the light bar would keep me from using the lowers? I had enough trouble installing them with the turn signals at the factory position.. I saw a pic recently of someone with the OEM Light Bar with the turn signals mounted on the sides instead of the bottom??.. I was wondering if someone could give me some helpful input on this.
